Terry Flores

With over two decades of experience in analytics, statistics, and communication skills, Terry has become known as one of the most logical minds when it comes to identifying gaps and uncovering blind spots. 

Most of her career was spent learning, and growing with Coca-Cola which gave her excellent skills in building strong relationships. The last decade she has committed her life to personal development and mastering the art of communications. Alongside her partner she is now the executive director for their not for profit foundation Shuniya.

Now she wants to make a larger impact in the world sharing her knowledge and working with others by coaching them through their own experiences and providing powerful communication skills to support navigating through challenges that come up in life.

Shari Scott

Having spent almost two decades in Corporate America training leaders, Shari left in 2018 to find and follow her purpose to aid survivors of sex trafficking. Shari is a strong believer in personal development and earned her bachelor's degree in psychology in 2013 and is currently finishing her Masters. She and her wife, Terry, are are the founders Bhadass Creations and work alongside each other coaching others. They also founded Shuniya Foundation, a not for profit organization to end sexual abuse and human trafficking. Shari is a published author and speaks publicly about her own experiences of sexual abuse and trafficking. Her mission is to help women unleash their inner power and help amplify their voices to speak up and speak out.
